The District 64 Elementary Learning Foundation (ELF) mission to support innovative, imaginative, educational programs in Park Ridge  & Niles schools. ​

Simply put, our mission, is to raise money and give it back to our schools in the form of grants.

Join us the 3rd Wednesday of most months at 7:00 pm at the Franklin LRC and learn what we are all about.
